ANNOUNCEMENT:
Frank Scaletta, SURPA President, resigned August 2007.
Donna Honsberger, SURPA Vice President, resigned September 2007.
SURPA Secretary/Treasurer, Susan Reinhardt, and SURPA Sergeant at Arms, John Hammerberg, moved to reinstate SURPA Director Emeritus, Kelly Thomas, to serve as interim president until June 2008 when general elections can be held. The Executive Board so stated this based on By-Laws VII-C.
2009 SURPA Conference
South Central Revenue Protection Association (SCRPA) and the Southeastern Utilities Revenue Protection Association (SURPA) and International Utilities Revenue Protection Association (IURPA) are hosting a joint Revenue Protection Training Seminar.

It is time to set your plans to attend our 2009 conference, which is scheduled for June 16 -19, 2009. This year's conference will be held at the Renaissance Pere Marquette, 817 Common Street in New Orleans, Louisiana 70112.
The 2009 planning committee is working hard to make this training seminar very interesting and informative.
The room rate will be $119.00 plus taxes. Rooms have been blocked under South Central Revenue Protection Association. You can make reservations at 1-888-364-1200. The hotel room rate will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days following the conference.
If you have any items to donate for the gift bags please mail them to the below address. All contributions will be appreciated.
In situations where one check is being sent for a group please send a registration form for each attendee.
The early registration for the conference is $250.00, after May 15, 2009 the registration will be $300.00.
